  It is fine but very much student accommodation. Very noisy if your room is on Cowley road side

  Liked: The location in terms of proximity to the centre of Oxford is good. It is easy to find and there are convenient stores and restaurants very near by.

  Disliked: My room was incredibly noisy which made it hard to sleep. The road outside is constantly busy with traffic and the windows dont adequately block noise. Even with headphones it was very loud. The rooms are fine and mine was clean. The amenities in the building are good but it was missing some key things like bin bags - there was a bin with 3 compartments without liners which smelt very bad. Also the key box situation was poor. No instructions given on check out and not remotely clear where to give back key fob etc. It was also quite difficult to find where to collect the keys on arrival as there are several boxes in the hallway and no obvious signage.

  A nice surprise

  Liked: Good location, clean, and has excellent communal facilities.

  Disliked: The building gets very hot in the summer. The communal dining area and study room have AC, but it can get uncomfortable in the rooms in hot days.

  Though our stay was average, it could have been better with fondest memories

  Liked: location of the property was very good. facilities, open area to enjoy your meal, recreational area,.

  Disliked: No human interaction during my entire stay. technology is good but it should not replace human touch. my room chimney door needed to be fixed but did not find any one to fix it. A fan should be provided as the weather was too hot, the quilt was inappropriate for the weather condition. no towel replacement, no house keeping services.

  Liked: It was close enough to Oxford University and had a TESCO close by

  Disliked: Initial room i got was facing the road so had a lot of noise. The guest experience team swapped the room after 2 days

  Liked: Fantastic location and the perfect space for a solo traveler (or couple). Had everything I needed and more. I was pleasantly surprised by the gym and yoga studio space. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Oxford.

  Disliked: Only con here is no AC, it cools down easily with the window open but I'd highly recommend picking up a little fan for the room.
