  Great spot let down by little things

  Liked: Proximity to Oxford town centre.

  Disliked: Hot water broke down; smell from old mat(?) on entry; gas hob not working. The irony is that the unit has good potential. A deep clean, some better furniture and regular maintenance of all appliances windows and doors would lift this property into the "excellent" category.

  Comfortable place but a pain to check into
