Fabulous
Convenient but not clean enough
Liked: The property was very well equipped and comfortable, with clean rooms and fresh bed sheets.
Disliked: The property is in urgent need of deep cleaning and proper maintenance. Unfortunately, the main living room had an intense smell of urine coming from the rug and sofa bed, making it unusable during our stay. Maintenance was also lacking. rusty pipes were literally falling apart, and we had to pick up pieces of rust from the floor on a daily basis. The furniture needed a thorough dusting; we found spider webs and accumulated dust in several places. The bathroom required a strong bleach clean, and the fittings were poorly maintained (see photos). The advertised ‘free toiletries’ consisted of just two tiny pieces for a group of eight staying three nights. When I asked for more, I was told to go to Tesco — not exactly what you expect from a property claiming to provide this amenity. Finally, checkout was inconvenient: returning the keys required walking 40 minutes to reception. A key-safe on site would have been far more practical.
Good Location near the waterfront and swimming areas
Liked: Good Location near the waterfront and swimming areas, good pub nearby, short walk to central Plymouth. Nice upstairs living dining and kitchen area. Enough ensuites and bathrooms, excellent wifi internet. Would be great for families and worked very well for 4 working lads, easy to use electronic key code entry
Disliked: Slight damp smell in entrance, the ground floor bathroom shower curtain fell down.
Pleasant
Liked: Not very clean

Disliked: There was no bin in the bathroom and could have done with bathmats. The check in process was confusing and not clear
