Fabulous
Lovely stay
Liked: Convenient location and the breakfast
Disliked: Internet kept dropping out in the first room as you go to rooms at the Basement level.
Liked: All of it, Nina was great
Very good but disappointing with parking
Liked: Very closed to ferry port
Disliked: Parking it was first come first serve, no disable parking, only 6 spaces available after that its pay and display 24 hours 7 days a week very disappointing when they advertise parking
Would I go back? Probably not
Liked: Very clean, location quiet just a short walk to The Hoe or Arena. Staff very nice and helpful.
Disliked: The shower would not stay a constant heat. It went to cold to very very hot in constant waves. Very dangerous for children. Problem with the chef.. breakfast took an hour to come, not great but some days are out of your control! Very nice breakfast when it came. Bar is small and not manned, no music or anything and closes on manger’s discretion are case 9.50pm. Water machine broken, but we were able to purchase 2 small bottles for just under £6!
Good value, would stay again. Thank you
Liked: Great central location, lovely staff- Nina was a star with extra queries from us. Breakfast was included- the fresh fruit salad was good too and our bathroom shower was lovely and hot.
Disliked: Although there are several breakfast options that were really nice- thank you, it would be nice if a few pastries like pain au chocolat could be added to the self- serve buffet section.
Liked: Very clean good staff.
Disliked: I had a basement room and it was under the kitchen. Hence this allowed ever foot step made above Sounded into the room commencing very early in the morning. Keeping me awake. Dissponting and annoying.
