Fabulous
Overall, comfortable, clean, served the job
Liked: Location excellent, free parking, quiet
Disliked: Bathroom had a double usage for door, which was slightly annoying. Shower curtain, which never completes off the water from coming out the bath. Toilet seat very loose, incorrect nut used on fitting

Disliked: Had room lock malfunction twice Had to go down to reveption 7 times to get it sirted, they were not proactive to come up and sort it, each time they gave me a new card to try Had to go back an forth 7 times Till they agreed to come up.when they did it took 30 seconda for them
Liked: Perfect location for us visiting friends nearby. Friendly welcome at reception. Lovely beds, shower was great and rooms immaculate and very spacious. Breakfast was nice with plenty of choice

Liked: Large spacious rooms very clean and polite staff. Good food in the resterant.
Disliked: Not much on the menu at night to order a few thkngs were not avlilble

Disliked: Quite a long way from the centre of Plymouth but it didn’t spoil our stay
Some staff are not warm and inviting, lobby was full of leaves

Disliked: My husband has mobility issues and the lift buyton on the fourth floor was not working. A nktice said to call reception, this did not work. A cleaner said to go to third floor where the button works. Not great for soneone who struggles to walk.
