Liked: Location central Breakfast varied Clean room Comfy bed
Disliked: Noisy room as heard road outside at front Room was near lift Walls thin heard next door people talking Carpark staircase full of litter
Hotel was lovely, all staff were helpful and welcoming
Liked: Welcoming, helpful staff. Comfortable bed, clean and pleasant accommodation, good location.
Disliked: Car parking facilities were disgusting. Filthy dirty and poorly maintained with clear evidence of rough sleepers using the car park for shelter.
Another good stay
Liked: Convenient location for theatre and town. Lovely rooms we had 2 double beds as our twin room which was very welcomed. Good price, nice staff and a lovely stay again.
Disliked: One minor thing just for info did not really bother me but when you have beds that move it is an idea to hoover under them but this did by effect our stay.
Staff behave not professional. In reception only 1 receptionist and 1 duty manager while check in

Liked: Breakfast let down the hotel. The staff were fantastic but only basic gluten free options. Would be good if there had been much better gluten free cereals, any gluten free bread and danishes and sausages. The sausages is ridiculous as they are so freely available in supermarkets. The lack of gluten free bread was simply brushed off as no delivery as yet.
