    Liked: The bathroom

Disliked: The window was rattling all night, the extraction fan or somthing going off every 20 mins. Then loud noise every so often waking us up. Had to wegde stuff in the window to stop it rattling. No sleep due to extractor fan.

Great value in a fantastic location

Liked: Overlooks the harbour and both rooms I stayed in very nice. Good value.

Disliked: Didn’t bother me - but it is over a pub - so can be a bit noisy when they have music on. I enjoyed it - went to the music.

Room with a view at a decent price

    Liked: Great location; easy check-in.

Disliked: Couldn’t get the WiFi to work; not sure how you can call it a ‘Bed & Breakfast’ when there’s no breakfast!

It could have been so much better if the owners spent just a little bit of money on the room

Liked: It was a great location

Disliked: The room was very tired and not worth what we paid for the three nights we stayed

    Great area to visit

Liked: I liked the location. Staff were helpful as I couldn't make calls on my phone and one of the staff called a taxi for me when I was leaving.

Disliked: I like the Barbican area and the Admiral MacBride Pub.The room was good for one person, with a view of the marina. The bathroom was clean, good hot shower. But the rug, curtains and blind were not clean. Also inside the wardrobe the wall really needs to be repaired. These things let the room down. Breakfast at the Rise and Grind on the waterfront 👌

Nice view, bed seemed comfy but difficult to get any sleep due to no sound insulation

Liked: The location itself is good, the view out of the window is nice... bed seemed comfy enough.

Disliked: Maybe my own fault, but didn't expect it to be quite as loud as it was, the windows offered no sound insulation at all, you can hear conversations word for word outside, there were cracks in the walls which probably made it worse. Due to location and loud cars going past it was difficult to get to sleep/stay asleep. There was no shower gel and barely any toilet paper. It was quite dirty/dusty in places.
