  Loved the location & apartment

Liked: Amazing location, easy access, surrounded by great bars and restaurants. Really cool & contemporary design, very stylish. Everything you need. Staff very friendly and welcoming. I would 100% stay here again and recommend anyone visiting Plymouth to stay here

Disliked: No parking, but there was a long stay car park 2 a 2 minute walk which cost £15.20 for 24 hours.

  Never again

Liked: Not much. All very grim. Ok location.

Disliked: What a shame they’ve let this go to ruin. Last year I gave it a 10. Now it’s barely a 2. Dirty, broken and the furniture or beds weren’t as advertised.

Grim. Didn’t actually stay both nights

Liked: If you want to be amongst the shops and pubs the location was good.

Disliked: Dirty, broken and wrong description. Not deluxe or luxury. Windows that don’t open, pub glasses, stained carpets and furniture. Photos and descriptions are wrong. No windows or air in the deluxe room. Smelly and really hot. I would not recommend to anyone.

Lovely area/Location, poor smells of chip fat/grease poured into the room from chippy below

Liked: Lovely location, plenty to do, plenty of nice food places to choose from

Disliked: The smell of the chippy downstairs spreads across the full building, hall and landing stunk of chip fat/grease and also the couch/bedding in the rooms. All my bags and clothes now smell like I have been working in a chippy all day
