Lovely apartment if you’re lucky enough to be able to actually get in!
Liked: The property was clean, in great condition, nicely decorated, a good size and with more than adequate facilities (notwithstanding coffee pods supplied but NO coffee machine!)
Disliked: On arrival, we were able to access the property but not our room as the code given did not work. After being out for the evening, on our return, we were unable to get through the front door due to the code not working. We were stuck on the doorstep in a horrendous storm for well over an hour, on the phone to customer services, trying numerous different codes (none of which worked), eventually being able to get in through the back door which we discovered worryingly, was completely unsecured. The was nobody that could support in person!

Liked: Absolutely not a single thing
Disliked: The whole experience no heating or hot water for a whole 3 nights no offer to move or compensate Awful customer service and rude staff terrible access and a dirty poorly equipped apartment should have got a travelodge.
Liked: Lovely apartment, very spacious and very well equipped.
Disliked: We were given the wrong access code so couldn't get in to the apartment. Outside area in the carpark was disgusting. Old mattress, rubbish everywhere. This really didn't give a good first impression upon arrival.
Lovely, value for money apartment
Liked: It was clean and well presented. Parking on site was a real bonus.
Disliked: We couldn’t see where a fire escape was so wondered what would happen if there was a fire in the main staircase
Refund is possible, we couldn’t stop the night with how dirty it was

Disliked: The property was very unclean, stains on the bed, red marked all over the floor, marks all over the walls, the smell wasn’t pleasant.
Very expensive for what I got. Terrible sleep and stay. Disappointed
