Staff amazing
Liked: Loved how accommodation the staff were. Went above and beyond. Only 2 downsides (in my opinion). 1. I'm a woman of a certain age. I put the ceiling fan on,, which I don't normally do. To find out they haven't cleaned for an age. The amount was not pleasant. 2. Buzzer intercom to get in after 10.30pm. Why not let toyr card let you in?. Again staff was amazing. I'm nut allergy and was somewhat taken care of at breakfast 😊

Decent four star hotel recently updated
Liked: The room had been redecorated recently and it looked nice. The bathroom was very decent and had a bath. The bar was pleasant and the staff helpful. The location suited us because we were going out on Mayflower St.
Disliked: There were no sockets near the bed for phone etc. Also we had a double and single bed, which we didn’t need. There wasn’t enough room for the two chairs A chair on one side of the bed meant the person couldn’t get into bed, until we rearranged the furniture.
Liked: The Hotel was comfortable, clean, excellent staff & the location was ideal for transport & the shops & facilities.
