Liked: Rooms are spacious and beds are good. Breakfast is also good.

Disliked: Bathroom is not good. No pressure in the shower and wash basin is blocked.

  Comfortable, friendly and personal

Liked: Lovely room overlooking the bay. Location was perfect for my meeting with the Mayor of Plymouth at the Council House. Breakfast was excellent as was the Evening Meal at Marco Pierre White. Nice touch the Hotel knew it was our 59 year wedding anniversary and left a card in our room with a small box of chocolates, ancd the restaurant gave us free bubbly to celebrate - all a very nice personal touch.

  Disliked: Nothing

Great location with epic views of the city

Liked: The staff were so kind and lovely, the room was great with a fabulous view. Loved the pool, steam room and sauna (again, attended by wonderfully friendly and helpful staff) and was beautifully central between the city and the gorgeous Hoe and Barbican. Will definitely return!

Disliked: The doors to the rooms slam shut, which was quite jarring at times. Other than that everything was perfect!

Great hotel, left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated

Liked: Great location, very comfortable bed and room. Breakfast was good (although very busy) and the swimming pool is a lovely touch.

Disliked: Parking is very limited and the parking garage itself is very difficult to manoeuvre around.
