Exceptional
Liked: The flat was wonderful, a good size, very comfortable and welcoming. The communication from Naomi was brilliant and the parking permits very handy. The little welcoming touches were very appreciated, I would highly recommend staying here. The location was brilliant for exploring Plymouth.
Disliked: Everything was wonderful, a fan would be useful on warm days
Warm comfortable location for visiting the city
Liked: Comfortable bed, good crockery and small personal touches made it homely. A welcome pack was much appreciated.
Disliked: No grab handle in the shower. The bottom steps of the stairs giving access from the car parking area to the back door had a coating green algae in places making them potentially slippery in wet weather.

Pleasant stay
Liked: Nice little flat in a great location. Very clean with modern furnishings. Lovely to have some bread, juice and milk left for us. Pleasant shower gel etc in the shower. Good communication from Naomi.
Disliked: Bed and sofa a bit hard (just personal preference) A bread knife to cut the lovely bread would have been useful and a microwave is always handy.
Great stay, would recommend this flat and the host was excellent
Liked: Great location with easy access to Royal Williams Yard and walking distance to town and the Hoe but there were also plenty of buses. Lovely welcome items, flowers and card. parking was a bonus.
Disliked: The weather was wet but the flat was perfect to escape from it.
