Exceptional
We had an ‘action packed’ stay, and I would liked to have stayed longer to enjoy the relaxing view outside
Liked: It had everything, and more, an extended family would need, and in a great position. Easy access to Plymouth, we got the Water Taxi, and the bus at different times which was easier than taking the car, and places to eat all within walking distance.
Disliked: For those a little older (or less able), the stairs were a little steep, especially if your bedroom was on a higher floor, but then, we knew they would be before we booked!
Liked: Perfect location for diving, lovely friendly host and great house. We will be back

Liked: Location was perfect, and the house was really lovely. The layout worked really well, property is well maintained. Great views over the marina, our family absolutely loved our stay here!

Liked: We love the view of the Marina.
Disliked: I do think the garden furniture on balcony should be replaced as the table has had its day's, wasn't cleaned properly and had to get a table cloth to be able to eat on it. Also the twin room valance was in poor condition with stains,I did contact owner and they had a new one delivered for the next guests,but it should of been picked up by cleaner.

Liked: Great location for us. Great facilities, showers, etc. Exactly what we needed for our purposes
Disliked: Could have used a tea towel.
