  Great location but place needs work to be classed as luxury…

  Liked: Fantastic sea view - unparalleled. Great downstairs space. Close to excellent cafe and easy access to beach. Great en-suite bathroom to main bedroom and great to have a full Sky package downstairs for TV option.

  Disliked: Too many rules and reminders all around the house in picture frames - unnecessary. Just put them all in a welcome folder as feels insulting. Outside of property not totally safe for dogs as advertised, as bottom of fencing has large gaps - needs closing off at bottom. Property needs maintenance outside, too many weeds, paint peeling from all windows and exterior - just looks tired and not luxury. 2 sets of steep steps to house - so be prepared when booking. Constant noise from construction next door - not mentioned in any communication from property company and has clearly been going on for some time already.

  Wonderful location with great views. Spacious property with easy parking

  Liked: A brilliant location, with superb views. Private. Easy parking. Well equipped. Spacious downstairs. Two bath/ shower rooms. Excellent response from agent/ owner to queries.
