Guest reviews
Good
Liked: Very good customer service, breakfast was ok but still good and good room.
Disliked: The only down side is that there were a lot of homeless people around.
Entire trip ruined by unsafe conditions and no help from booking.com. We returned home
Liked: There isn’t anything good about this property.
Disliked: The hotel front was smashed in. We turned up to a lady in her nightwear crying in the reception area who had just called the police as her room had been broken into. This is a bail hostel/temp shelter. Please do not book here it is not safe. We are trying to get our money back as we could not stay. Feeling very let down by booking.com as they have not responded. This property should not be on their website. We filmed the incident and hope to hear from someone soon.
Liked: Room was clean. Air con amazing! Quiet.
Disliked: No cold water out of sink tap. No matter which way you put the tap it was either hot or warm.
