Liked: Staff very helpful, easy access to them and prompt service
Disliked: Price could be better but it's the going rate for the area so no complaints from me.
Liked: Friendly and helpful staff, comfy accommodation.
Disliked: People leaving mess in the communal kitchen area for others to clean up. This is not the fault of the company, but a fault of those that use this accommodation. No doubt it happens elsewhere!
Liked: We had a bit of a problem with check-in so we called them and everyone was very helpful and they really tried to fix it as soon as possible. The room was ok.
Disliked: We didn't get the codes for the room right away so we had to wait and the additional online check-in was annoying. I also didn't notice the deposit for damages, when I was booking it and I was a bit disappointed by that as it was another thing to do beforehand. The process was too complicated and then we had problems with locks. I would probably choose another accomodation next time just so I don't have to deal with all of that

Liked: Location was great, bed was comfy
Disliked: Rigid rules, too many instructions. Shower was boiling hot, the cold bit was not working and shower was leaky.

Disliked: Broken scolding shower Being moved to a dirty room (not cleaned from previous guest) - see pic bin was full and there were towels hung up in the shower cubicle.
Liked: Good location near train station
Disliked: Took an hour to access room. Needed three different codes to get to room. We were sent the wrong access info and it was a nightmare. It was very hot and although there was a fan when we pulled the duvet out of the cover it was badly stained. Big crack in washbasin as well.
