Exceptional
Beautiful flat in stunning building with lots to do in surrounding area
Liked: Fantastic place to stay. Great architecture. Lovely clean apartment. Restaurants and bars and cafes a short stroll away. Loads of things to do in the nearby area eg went on great boat trips. The weather was like summer! Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
Disliked: We were told the lift wasn't working a couple of days before our stay, not ideal with a toddler in our group. The reception desk is rarely occupied so you can't just pop in with a quick question. I did email after our stay but haven't received a reply yet...
Excellent stay in nicely converted flat in an historic building; with great views
Liked: Well thought out development of an historic building, marvellous location. Met the cleaners as we were leaving & the lady in the Steel Brew reception. Very friendly & helped me pick up something left behind, great service. Throughout the stay James was brilliant, there was a boiler outage, unforeseeable. James dealt with it very well indeed & arranged an alternative flat in case it took longer to repair, not needed in the end. James could not have been more helpful, top customer care.
Disliked: Nothing obvious, there was a boiler outage to the whole block, no one’s fault and it was repaired. James kept us informed all the time on progress

Liked: Great couples stay for a birthday weekend stayed in loft apartment 87
Disliked: Bedroom could be deemed awkward for the less mobile people
