Really good base for the 6 of us to visit family and explore the wonderful Plymouth waterfront

Liked: Good location, off road parking, lots of bathrooms, nice and clean

Disliked: Needs additional bannisters at the top turn on the staircases, it's a little tricky for less mobile people.

Really good location as minutes into Plymouth by car. Layout of the house was great for our party

Liked: Location worked really well for our sons Passing out parade

Disliked: Not have a dining table in lounge as this meant not a lot of comfortable seating for the number of people staying at the property.

  Disappointing

  Liked: Specious,

Disliked: On arrival surprised security gate to private car park open. No milk in fridge (a No No) Park View?? Only cutlery for 5 when house caters for 7 & has a dishwasher (host rectified when we left) toilet brushes need replacing 😵‍💫couldn’t open downstairs windows & no fans provided in 30+ heat, we bought a couple

Liked: The house was spotlessly clean and the communication from the host was excellent, with good advice about additional parking (which was just a few minutes walk away and was free). Really good location, with Lidl just a 4 minute walk, and King William Yard about 10 minutes. The living room is quite small, but fine for 5 people. Very comfortable beds and a well-fitted kitchen.

Disliked: We found the lack of handrails on the two flights of stairs rather disconcerting.
