Liked: It is close to the barbican which is amazing and the staff where great
Had a lovely time as we were out and about a lot and it is a nice apartment just let down by things easy to sort
Liked: Location is excellent. Clean and comfy
Disliked: The stench of urine when you enter from the road ( can’t be helped drunk people peeing up your door - however cleaner should learn not to mop it further around the stairs ) The smallest washing up cloth with a dribble Of washing up liquid. No coffee machine as advertised. Coat hook broken.

Great place, great location, poor service
Liked: Location and the property was lovely.. a little difficult to find but otherwise really good. The crockery could do with updating but everything else was great
Disliked: The services company and not great… gave me the I correct WiFi details so missed some meetings as a result.. also requested late check out and paid only to be contacted at 09:00 on the day of checkout to say request had been declined and I had an hour to vacate
Great. I would use this place again
Liked: location and facilities. Being near the Barbican and the restaurants and pubs
Disliked: The place smelt of old smoke, and you could even smell cigarette smoke in the pillows and bedding. Kept hitting my leg on the bed frame as it was very solid and not much room. Very difficult to find entrance to property, needs better signage, then had problems getting keypad to work
Wouldn’t be my first choice
Liked: Ideal location if you want to be in the heart of the Barbican
Disliked: This property is managed by pure serviced, a management company who do ID checks and take deposits. The communication varied so many times from me being told I needed to pay £150 security deposit but fully refundable to then told it’s only £25 or £10 for non refundable. It’s so badly managed and still awaiting my refund. The property is down an ally so it’s very dark inside,, the bedroom has no table lamp despite being in pictures. I can see previous feedback about the mattress has been ignored as this was very poor. It’s a property that needs some TLC and good clean!
