Exceptional
Liked: Large beds, super helpfull owners. Great location
Disliked: Its a simple property but has everything you need for a comfy stay and location is amaising. Parking right outside and giant beds! Everything was clean and had a large shower. Everything needed as a familly for a cheap overnight stay in plymouth

Disliked: It was grubby. Bits of something on the bed under the scatter cushions and in the bed. Living area walls looked grubby and sofas were sticky. Strong smell of curry from the takeaway and windows boarded up Causing a serious fire hazard
Liked: Perfect for us, a one night stay with grandchildren. Everything we needed. Plenty of fans and quite cool in living room,as in a heatwave
Fine for a single night in the city, good location for bars and entertainment
Liked: Good central location, comfortable beds. Price good for a family of 5 who otherwise have to get 2 hotel rooms. Although a bit dilapidated, it was clean.
Disliked: The window in stairwell overlooking street was broken so couldn’t shut out the live music from the bar across the street. The motion sensor lights were very annoying, and one bedroom and the bathroom had no window to outside. Generally had a bit of dilapidated air - very studenty (maybe it is a student accommodation at some times of year). The lounge was very cramped- this definitely isn’t somewhere to stay if you want to hang out - but good as a base for exploring. The locks on the various doors worried me - despite notices reminding us to keep the locks on the latch, what if they’d shut and locked with belongings inside?
Liked: The location, facilities and cleanliness of the property was amazing.
Disliked: Only drawback is stairs esp with the toddler and older aged people its hard to keep going up and down.
Perfect for families, place was very modern and so clean with lots of facilities to hand

Disliked: Nothing it was perfect for what we needed for a family staying in Plymouth for 1 night
