    Lovely location bit too noisy

Liked: Great location great staff, clean rooms and good breakfast

Disliked: Too noisy you need noise cancelling head phones if you are staying on a Saturday night. Did not realise Union St from the 80s had relocated their nightclubs to the Barbican

    Poor stay

Liked: The room was lovely and clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Disliked: Shower lacked pressure and the door didnt shut properly upon showering. We were expecting noise as above a pub and in a prime location for partying but when music was pumping till 2am on a wednesday was ridiculous. The staff were lovely apart from one yound girl who had long dark brown and when the karaoke guys came to set up they told us to move and wasn't polite about us moving when we are paying guests. To which my partner made a joke about being relaxed where we were sitting and the the you d lady with dark brown hair was plainly rude and told us it was reserved from 15:30pm but there was no reserved sign to state this. It was also cold within the pub but they refused to put the heating on as they were warm behind the bar. Breakfast was below standards. No milk for cereal or coffee, bless the women serving as it looked like she was serving and cooking to which there was no atmosphere in the morning I.e. light music and the mushrooms were raw and I had to spit out the mushroom.
