Exceptional
Cracking Cottage
Liked: Excellent location near to Royal William Yard. Helpful and easy to contact host. Comfortable beds, lots of space, we'll stocked kitchen if you plan on staying in. All the amenities needed if you're staying away. Washing machine, oven, fridge/freezer etc. Cracking pub/bar next door (same owners). Would stay again.
Disliked: Parking felt like a stress if you don't know the area. A few short term options, but there is a small free car park further down the road (past the cottgae). Depending on the time of year, likely full when arriving for check in, but spaces as become available as people leave for the day.

Liked: The location was very good and near the beach.
Disliked: We found the television difficult to work out but we got in touch with Owen to help us and nothing was too much trouble for him he was a nice friendly host.
A great stay and we were very lucky with the warm, sunny weather
Liked: The cottage is in a great location. The Royal William Yard was interesting to look around with some lovely walks to the beaches and it is a short drive to the attractions in Plymouth. The cottage is very spacious and comfortable and has everything we needed for our stay. Owen, the host, was helpful in sending information and answering our questions.
Liked: It was very clean, all rooms were a great size, overall loved it. Great location, would stay again.

Charming fisherman's house, spacious and well located, but bathrooms need work
Liked: Loved the place overall, with a great feel of an old fisherman's house. Spacious, with three double beds across two and a half rooms (two connecting, great for kids). Very clean, and the kitchen was well supplied with appliances, plates, and cutlery. A small terrace outside was nice for fresh air, though with no view. Two toilets and two bathrooms were much appreciated when traveling as multiple subgroups. Well located close to the sea (no view) and to Royal William Yard, handy for a stroll, coffee, or dinner.
Disliked: The two bathrooms weren't particularly easy to use, and the water supply and heating system felt clunky. Both were small overall, with nowhere to put clothes, toiletries, or makeup.
Great location and tidy house
Liked: The deceptive size of the property…the outside space and the convenience of being near Royal William’s Yard.
Disliked: There really wasn’t anything to dislike.
