I was pleasantly surprised by the standard especially by the how well maintained and clean the property was

Liked: It was spotlessly clean. Furniture and decor in public areas was very attractive and tasteful

Disliked: One problem was that no breakfast was available, despite a number of tables set up in what looked like a dining area. The only other difficulty was that it was hard to identify from outside. Advertised as Arden En-suite Rooms but nowhere was this written outside.

Great location and value for money

  Liked: Brilliant location, very clean.

Disliked: Top floor room was a bit cramped and due to low ceilings and beams a bit difficult to move around. Would definitely book again on a lower floor.

Disliked: Why is it so difficult to get a receipt? We were in the basement room which was fine, good value. Wouldn't have wanted to spend a lot of time in there.
