  Adequate

  Liked: Location was great, all kitchen equipment provided

  Disliked: Paid for 5 people, needed the pull out bed as advertised. Slats were broken on pull out bed and the mattress was awful, like pure springs. Lack of sleep spoiled it, all the beds were uncomfortable but added with 3 people in a double doesn’t help. There were some plastered up holes in the wall. Parking wasn’t included with property- car park next door had a charge of £20 per day.

  Liked: Convenience to centre but too noisy

  Disliked: Needs a new front door desperately, terrible road noise from it and will be very drafty in the winter constant police sirens very tried property needs some TLC

  This house could be absolutely lovely. But the host isn't responding to poor reviews

  Liked: The location is very convenient for the town centre.

  Disliked: The beds, particularly the two singles were so uncomfortable that it was impossible to sleep. The beds had very old sprung mattresses. The light in the bathroom was not working, a real problem particularly with dark nights from 4.00pm. No hot water to bathroom sink. Parking cost nearly £30 for 48 hours in the nearest car park. TV remote controls not working. The host came by and requested we clear up dog mess in the back yard which had been there for a very short time on the first day of our stay even though we would have done before we left.

  Ideal Location, we only stayed three to sleep as it was a full on weekend being out & about

  Liked: Very near to Railway Station, as well as Market Area of Stratford

  Disliked: Some parts of the property are a work in progress, but sure to improve
