Everything was excellent, far exceeded my expectations
Liked: Room was very nice and breakfast was good, able to eat when you like. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Ideal location for everything.
Disliked: Towel rail in bedroom did not work.

Liked: The location was excellent. Right next to the water, very close to everything, like the butterfly farm or the RSC theatre which my friend and I visited during our stay. The pub is right next to the rooms which is also excellent.

Warm and Welcoming in a Storm
Liked: A friendly pub with rooms opposite the theatre. It was warm and welcoming in the middle of the storm. The room was comfortable with everything we needed. And with river and theatre views.

Liked: Clean and comfortable and great location for the theatre and the shops. Lovely staff too.
