  Highly recommended

Liked: Contact from the staff in advance, during and after our stay was exemplary.

Disliked: The step down to the kitchenette caught us unawares, sometimes! It's an odd height.

Liked: Communication was excellent, with very clear instructions throughout. The location is also very good, close to the town centre while still being peaceful and quiet. Having the police station directly opposite also made the area feel very safe. The facilities in the room were very good, and the room itself was just the right size for a comfortable stay. Overall, a very pleasant and convenient place to stay.

Disliked: Just a couple of small things: the light by the dressing table wasn’t working, which was a little inconvenient. The pillows were also a little too soft for me, but that’s very much a personal preference rather than a complaint. 😊
