  Liked: Great location with very great employees and restaurant. The room, bed and shower were great. The facility is a little worn out, it’ll need an update for esthetics only. I would stay there again.

  Liked: Lovely hotel, staff and property superb, poor nights sleep as the fire alarm went off at 02:45 am! We was woken up startled in confusion whether or not to get dressed and run out. Alarm went off after about a minute and struggled to get back to sleep!

  Liked: Staff very friendly, courteous and helpful from the front desk, bar/restaurant to the service staff. Excellent location directly opposite the RSC and close to the others plus Waterside, shops and Old Town.
