  A very cosy, intimate property which serves not only serves as a base to explore Shakespeares Stratford but somewhere to

  Liked: The Nook is indeed located in a beautiful garden. It is a very peaceful setting. The property itself is very spacious and well laid out. There is a well appointed kitchen with everything you would need for day to day running. A very spacious and comfortable lounge area. The well stocked bookshelf an added bonus with a plethora of books of all genres, not to mention some games as well. The Bedroom is large, minimally furnished and an exceptionally large bed. Storage for cloths is in a separate corridor which leads to the bathroom. The bathroom was large with a separate shower and bath.

  Disliked: There was nothing to dislike.

  Had a very enjoyable stay, made welcome on arriving and leaving, pub across the road was very nice

  Liked: It was very secure, lovely garden and surroundings, everything you needed.

  Disliked: Just a suggestion solar lights by the gate and outside the property.

  Nice week at the Nook

  Liked: The Nook was set in beautiful gardens. Siobhan and Peter were very pleasant hosts. The brownies and prosecco were a lovely surprise. Beautiful furnishings and plenty of space. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would have no hesitation in returning and also recommending. Shottery is a very nice area. Took us 20 to 25 minutes to walk into Stratford upon Avon.

  A beautiful and tranquil get away

  Liked: Such a beautiful setting. The Nook is so peaceful and has everything you could need. The owners made a point of coming to greet us and then let us know they were readily available but left us to it for the stay which we appreciated. It is so quiet and tranquil looking out over the gorgeous garden. The pictures don’t do it justice! It’s a little haven close to Stratford (20-30 min walk by road or about an hour if you walk straight down to the river and then along it). With a lovely little house, ample parking and really thoughtful gifts left for arrival (brownies, milk, cereal, Prosecco etc.) we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again and recommend the Nook to anyone looking for a beautiful escape from the hustle and bustle.
