  The stay was ok, a little overpriced for what we received. A bit of noise from guests above. Breakfast a bit underwhelmi

  Liked: It was in a central position in town.

  Disliked: The room was a bit tired and there was no hot water for the bath! I booked the room so I could enjoy the bath but was unable too as the water never heated enough.

  Great spot for exploring Shakespeare’s home town!

  Liked: Comfortable bed, good value, good breakfast. Stairs were a bit tricky with my bag.
