  Liked: Very disappointed with the service waited overcan hour to have my dinner served breakfast was incredibly busy food was cold very poor service. Having spend lots of money at this hotel over the last year the service has dropped in standard seems only interested in corporate events and group bookings

  Liked: All good. Service was a little slow on the occasions I used this, which was more to do with the staff being stretched rather than individual levels of service. Not sufficient staff for volumes of people at the bar and breakfast
