Liked: Stunning house, beautifully decorated for the season. Comfortable beds with a great shower upstairs. The washer and tumble dryer were a very handy addition travelling with a baby! The additional little touches like the parking and a pint of milk was so lovely and made us feel very looked after. We loved our stay. A great base for exploring the town as it's so central. Diana was so helpful with the instructions.

Disliked: That we weren't staying longer!

Liked: Excellent location just a few minutes walk into town. Good parking. Very helpful host. Well equipped kitchen with milk, orange juice, tea and coffee provided. Comfortable (double) bed.

Disliked: Sofa too soft for our liking. Downstairs toilet/shower room cold even with the heating on (mid-October).

Perfect for a trip to the theatre

Liked: Jim is a charming and interesting host; he has much to say about the town, not solely related to Shakespeare. The heating had been turned on before we arrived (a nice touch on a cold day) and there was milk in the fridge as well as everything one could need to feel at home. It would be difficult to imagine a more clean and comfortable place for a weekend away.

Great facility. Highly recommended. So so much better than a hotel suite!

Liked: It was incredibly clean. It provided everything it said - and a little more. Bed was incredibly comfortable. Bathrooms really well equipped.

Disliked: The only thing I would suggest was a slightly later check out. 10am is a bit early if you are having a slow morning or get up to do some exercise.

  Delightful

Liked: Delightful, comfortable, clean. The little 'extras' on arrival- milk, juice, cereals, tea, coffee. Even a mobile phone charger lead!

Disliked: There was nothing not to like.
