  Excellent Property

  Liked: The location was perfect as it was set in a quiet residential area but 6 minutes drive to the city centre. The accommodation was extremely clean and well presented. The beds were extremely comfortable and everyone commented that they got a good night's sleep.

  Disliked: Parking (which was on the side of the property) was a bit tight for a 9 seater van...but that was to be expected.

  The house is in poor condition

  Liked: The location was good.

  Disliked: Upon our arrival the WiFi code did not work. It took a number of emails and over one hour to get the right code. Unlike every other place we have stayed in there was no hand soap, no laundry detergent, no salt, no sugar and no cooking oil. There was only instant coffee and only 3 dishwasher pods. For 5 bedrooms there were only 2 functional fans. One did not work at all and another had a broken blade which did not work effectively. Messages by our daughter Lisa asking for more fans did not prove successful. The freezer door does not close properly. There are no instructions for TV or the microwave. One bathroom upstairs has a leaky shower which has caused floor damage. Its dispensers for body soap do not work well. The downstairs shower also leaks water onto the floor. Overgrown bushes by driveway make it unpleasant to get into and out of our car. Two loose concrete tiles leading into the conservatory are hazardous.

  Liked: Really good accomodation for a family trip, there were a lot of us and we had more room than we needed. The kitchen and dining area was also very big so we were able to cook and relax without feeling crowded. The hosts were also very professional and easy to contact and did their best to ensure we were well looked after.

  Very good and will certainly stay again

  Liked: Our stay at this property, was easy, comfortable, well equipped and well communicated from start to finish. The hosts were fantastic:) and very easy to contact. The house was clean, the area was quiet, the beds were comfy and the parking was a big bonus.
