Comfortable Stay, Excellent Service
Liked: Room was very comfortable and clean with good facilities. Staff were very helpfull and friendly and prompt. I requested an ice bucket and some flutes to our room as we were celebrating and it was with us within 10 minutes.
Disliked: Main car park, outside the hotel, is small, but there is an overspill within walking distance. Given the cost of the hotel room was a little suprised by the additional £5 car parking fee but given the City centre location, acceptable.
A hotel which consistently offers a wonderful stay with fantastic staff
Liked: This is our chosen hotel in Swansea when visiting our daughter at university. We’ve stayed many times and love it. It offers consistent excellent service, with beautiful, comfortable rooms and great staff you recognise as they’ve been there many years. We’ve stayed will be back and would 100% recommend.
