Fair price, great location, very acceptable facilities with the room especially the ensuite
Liked: Great location in the city center close to train station and full of amenities. Great room the only disappoint things were a very abrupt member of staff who checked me in although under the cloak of courtesy, He spoke more than me and over me, not listening to but imposing his ideas in a manner that was not accommodation. Not the best things in hospitality and in front of someone unknown to you and someone who manifestly had paid his money thus trusted you to be treated with utmost best customer service.
Disliked: Staff who check me in as mentioned abrupt and half listening more interested in imposing his ideas in an uncourteous, unpleasant manner, straight away around the checking in desk. He got me into an argument or so I felt
Liked: Haven't been to the Dolphin since I was a little girl, amazing it's still going strong. It's central to everything & the staff were very helpful & pleasant, couldn't do enough for us ☺️ looking forward to staying again. 👍

Disliked: The mattress was awful about 20 prings digging into my back. The staff were abit rude in morning It smelled weird in the room
