Disturbed night
Liked: The location
Disliked: Continuous humming noise coming from a door marked Private ( some kind of equipment in there) just along the corridor from our room.Kept me awake for most of the night.And then the fire alarm went off at 6.30am to top it all off.
Liked: Great location. On the beach. Easy walk into town for restaurants, bars and shops

Liked: The staff were very good with our 2 young grandsons, especially Valerie, Lynn, Kane and Rachel. They had a lot of problems with the rain coming in with storm after storm but coped well. Food in restaurant was nice and grandsons loved the buffet breakfast. Plenty of top up's with tea, milk and coffee not a problem to the staff. Location very good central for all attractions. We always stay there when we go to swansea.
Disliked: The fridge in the room was not working properly and couldn't adjust the temperature, only keeping fresh milk in it was a problem.

Liked: Excellent staff restaurant was good though a limited menu
Disliked: All rooms were no smoking, but mine smelled of stale tobacco
