Liked: I have rated this so highly because your hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. Your stafff were all professional and very helpful,the room was spotless, breakfast was great with plenty of choice and the parking, excellent. What more can I say, we will be back!!

Welcoming and friendly, good breakfast and easy plentiful parking
Liked: Very warm welcome by friendly and helpful staff throughout our stay. Very good breakfast selection. Very spacious and safe, easy parking.
Disliked: Pillow was very thick and quite hard resulting in cricked neck so would have preferred a softer one, but that is only my own personal taste and everything else was excellent.
A lovely stay with a perfect breakfast and a very welcoming atmosphere
Liked: The breakfast was absolutely perfect, with a very good choice of food. I was particularly pleased to find cheese on offer, as this is not always available in hotels in England. The staff were friendly and everything was very enjoyable.
Disliked: There was nothing in particular that disappointed me. I was very happy with the hotel and the facilities provided.
For a short stay the Ibis was fine but a longer stay we would prefer to be closer to the city centre
Liked: The staff were all excellent, friendly and helpful no matter what time of day or night.
Disliked: The "restaurant" was really more of a cafe.
