Exceptional
Liked: The room was spacious, had enough kitchen supplies, and our family really enjoyed the stay.
Disliked: The lighting wasn’t enough, and the room felt quite dark. There’s only one toilet in that big 5-bedroom house.
Bad Host and Bad experience in general!
Liked: The property is nicely furnished and really kind cleaners.
Disliked: For starters i did not receive a code due to the property needing to verify my id which took them a whole day up until i arrived and had to call them. Otherwise I would not have been able to enter the property. Secondly there was no instructions on how to turn on the heating or the hot water so me and my partner where cold especially after having to wait 40+ minutes to even enter the property. It really wasn’t pleasant staying in that property!

Liked: Great Location for Swansea City - Parking outside, helpful accommodating hosts. Clean and modern facilities.
Disliked: One more Bathroom and it would be perfect - but not huge problem.

Disliked: Small sink in bathroom and missing some dishwasher tablets
