  Terrible

  Liked: The only good thing about the property is it’s location

  Disliked: The property had black mould in the rooms and the odour was disgusting. We complained and have had a full refund after 2 months of negotiation.

  Brilliant location, and would have been even better if the property was maintained to a good standard

  Liked: The location is brilliant, and we loved sitting on the balcony next to the marina and watching all the boats. The evening sun was gorgeous there too.

  Disliked: The property needs some TLC, and desperately needs a deep clean. I tried to do yoga on the sitting room carpet and it was apparent the carpet was filthy. One of the single beds was like the grand canyon with the size of the dip in the mattress; meaning one of our family members left the week with a tried body. The appliances are needing up dated, and the random objects under the beds and sofa shows it hasn’t been properly cleaned in a while.

  Nice Apartment once you found out how to access and park

  Liked: The position was good, immediately opposite the Arena for a theatre visit. Apartment good.

  Disliked: The contact was poor. Emails (5) were unanswered. I rang to notify l couldn't go as I broke my arm. My daughter and granddaughter would arrive late 10.30 p.m. I asked how to access the key, I was told, they would be met, then it would be in the post box. On the booking.com info was an access section which was locked to be open at 1 p.m. on the day, we had to keep ringing and it was not opened until 4 30 p.m. it was just WiFi access code, not apartment access info. The underground car park required a fob, no info where it was, never got one but the barrier to the carpark was up.. The car park was tight. No one met her and she struggled to retrieve the key from the post around 11 p.m..

  Great location, comfortable accomodation, but needs some maintenance

  Liked: Location is very good. Co-op just downstairs, right next to beach

  Disliked: Several maintenance issues, such as dishwasher being broken, sandwich toaster not working, blinds not covering windows properly, kitchen drawer handle being broken. Communication wasn't great, and instructions mentioned things that weren't there such as Welsh tea and coffee, recycling bags.

  Liked: The view

  Disliked: The apartment was"nt clean and needs a deep clean! The skirting board in the kitchen was in a poor state and needs replacing as was the door bar from the hall into the bathroom! The windows in the property needed a good clean and someone had removed to of the long blinds from the lounge area to replace the missing ones in the twin bedded room! The blinds in the lounge were also missing about 3 more slates! The mattress in the master bedroom was of poor quality and very uncomfortable! The bathroom had a bad smell and the toilet brush was discusting!!! There was food and dust when we lifted the cushions on the sofa"s in the centre! The dishwasher bottom draw came out and both rails were broken and if we had loaded it with dishes they would have all been smashed over the floor when the rake was pulled out!! Overall i feel very let down with the poor quality of the whole apartment and feel that it is being let on the strength of the location and view!!!!! I had to ring on our last day to see where we could leave the property keys because we were not given that information anywhere! All in all we will never ever deal with these hosts again!!!
