Good
The location was excellent, very convenient and close to the city centre
Liked: Excellent facilities, everything I needed was available and well maintained.
Disliked: Very comfortable, cosy and spacious. I had a great night’s sleep.
Liked: I had a great stay at this house in Swansea. Everything was working perfectly, which made the stay very comfortable and stress-free. The beds were very comfortable, and I slept really well. The heating worked great, and there was always hot water in the shower. The property was also easy to access, which made check-in and getting around very convenient. Overall, a very pleasant stay and I would definitely recommend it.
Alright if it’s for work but not for family stays
Liked: Beds were very comfy.
Disliked: Location was rough. Didn’t feel the cleanest, lots of rubbish outside. Plug socket by tv didn’t work had to use an extension lead.
Nice short family break
Liked: Nice property. Lot of socket not working. Sound isolation very bad. Otherwise no issues. Beautiful quiet area. Not too far from the centre
Disliked: Beautiful town and beach. Easy to access the propery

Liked: I liked the distance from the town centre.
Disliked: The house was dirty.The bathroom ceiling was covered in damp,the shower didn't work properly and the skirting board broken.There were lots of sockets not working, the one in the living room was wonky on the wall,There were wires and leads all over the place even going over the bottom of the stairs.This is not very safe considering we had a 2 and 3 year old with us.There was a highchair there but it was just sat on the floor as it had no legs to it.The floors downstairs were dirty and sticky.I also had to clean the crockery before use. There were ornaments broken but just left on the shelf in the living room and downstairs bedroom too.There was also a cat flap on the back door which was absolutely filthy and to think I couldn't take my dog here as no pets allowed but any random cat could have come in.Honestly this place looked and felt like student accommodation and I couldn't wait to get back to my home.
Perfect for a weekend get away had everything we needed
Liked: Located walking distance from the beach. There is also a bus stop at the bottom of the road. The is a shop just round the corner and a community garden where you can go and look over the bay. No garden as such. Property was clean and the beds we're comfortable and clean. Everything we needed for washing etc was provided.
Disliked: The TV in the living room doesn't have a ariel only the main bedroom. This wasn't a problem for me but my elderly father couldn't watch t.v without logging into a app e.g Netflix etc.
