Exceptional
Excellent hotel, well placed for shops and beach
Liked: The location was ideal for our visit to the Swansea Building Society Arena. This was a 2 minute walk away. The town with a variety of eating places was within easy walking distance. The breakfast was excellent. There was so much choice and it was so nice to have so many Gluten Free options. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable with a good walk in shower.
Disliked: There was only one drawback. The information on Booking.com does not make it clear that you are required to check in across the Road at Morgans. There is no bar, although one is stated on facilities, only the one in Morgans. Also breakfast is served at Morgans. None of this is a huge inconvenience unless it is bad weather, but the information should make this clear before you book. Also the information says that there is no parking facilities, whereas you can park, although this is not free, at Morgans car park. However Bath Lane car park is situated just behind the Georgian and the cost for 24 hours was about £6.50

Lovely stay in the heart of Swansea
Liked: Wonderful location, really handy for the Arena and the city centre. Rooms were amazing, comfy beds, period fittings, great bathroom, nice bar reasonably priced.
Disliked: The breakfast was disappointing. Bacon cremated, poached eggs were hard, mushrooms overcooked. Milk for the room was UHT, fresh would've been nice.
