Good location. Great that undercover parking is provided. Quite spacious, two bedrooms. Dishwasher, fridge/freezer a
Liked: Location and space inside. Also amenities. Bed was comfy.
Disliked: We didn’t know where the apartment was located and became confused collecting the key then parking the car. Finally helped by a lovely lady in Dawsons. Couch was a little tired.
All in all a NICE
Disliked: Needs a better cooking tray the one in apartment was rusty. The street on the single bed very crumpled and although looked clean had the appearance of already been slept in
We enjoyed the area. The apartment was in a great location & very spacious, however in need of TLC
Liked: The instructions weren't very specific on where our apartment was situated.
Disliked: The apartment was in a great location and was very spacious and had everything we needed; cooker, washing machine, iron etc. However, the apartment is in need of some TLC. There were holes in some walls and in one of the sofas. Dirty scuff marks on the walls. The sofa springs were broken and it wasnt comfortable to sit on. The bathroom was quite dirty and the sealant was moldy and storage was dirty and rusty. The bedding and towels etc were clean. There was an underground private car park, which was great for protecting our car. However, car park was really difficult to manoeuvre in and out of due to walls, other cars parked and a very slim road. We did end up scuffing our alloy wheels.

Liked: Very good location, good price.
Disliked: Property requires some work done. Holes in the walls, carpets burned, some screws in the walls for no reason, weird smell, bathroom hose leaking, car park is terrible, couldn't get in with my car. Was worried to scratch aloys. I mean it's ok for a price, but you would expect better than that.
Super stay in Swansea
Liked: Super parking which was underground and secure. Lots of amenities including cleaning equipment.
Disliked: Nothing too much, apartment just needs updating, a lick of paint etc. Looks a bit tired and location means all road traffic passes by but it is still quiet. Right in the heart of the marina
