Perfect for a group
Liked: The property location is great. You have easy access to shops and a waking distance to the beach. The property is spacious enough to accommodate a group of friends for dinner. I recommend fixing the toilet seat cover down stairs. I sent a message to the host prior but no response. On the check in day i managed to get her after a repeated call.
Disliked: The space and the location
Liked: Close to the city centre and car park
Disliked: Broken toilet seat in the downstairs toilet, house needs a revamp, oven didn't work Kitchen cupboard draw hanging off Mattress was uncomfortable. There was rubbish left in cupboards... The introduction video is very outdated, the electronic system in lounge didn't work, there was pictures lying all over the place, instead of being on the wall. Carpet coming out of door strips and edging, hole in the floor by the middle bedroom door.
Truthfully am very disappointed about the facilities of this property. They must need to renovate this, it looks like 9
Liked: The location is the best thing that I love.
Disliked: The property was furnished but the door locks aren’t properly working.that’s why we feel trouble to use washroom. Moreover the dovet and the bed sheet was not cleaned enough. The commode which is placed on the downstairs is broken. Heating system is not working. The washroom ruined our trip basically.
Owner didn’t respond to messages. Bit disappointing
Liked: Central location and decent dining space for a group.
Disliked: The property would benefit from a thorough clean. Bedding and towels were stained. Top floor bedding had not been changed. Bags of rubbish had been left in the garden. Garden was very overgrown.
This was supposed to be a 75th Birthday treat but it was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING!!!
Disliked: I don't know when someone did a check on this property but it has not been for a long time! We had to wash the crockery, glasses and cutlery before using it. The outside was DISGUSTING! The garden was completely overgrown, The garden seating was rusty. There were cigarette butts everywhere, and the bins were overflowing and on the day we left something had been in the bags, even though there was a rat trap outside. Even though I spoke to the owner we could not use the television, I asked her if she could contact the cleaner to come and have a look but she said that she lived too far away. There was a broken chair in the living room. Even though I had informed them that I walked with a stick there was far too much going up and down stairs to get to the bedrooms and bathrooms. There were holes in the walls, one of which was filled with tissue paper. The downstairs loo seat was loose. Some of the blinds were broken and there were empty bottles and cans in the kitchen cupboards. The cooker was rusty and the rim of the door was disgusting.
Liked: In a very quiet area but still super close to city center
Disliked: The top room was very warm but it was warm when we stayed so not very much of an issue
