WE WILL NOT BOOK AGAIN!
Liked: The kitchen and shower were working, there was parking (which was 5min of walk, but it was there) Not luxurious - working.
Disliked: I will not book again with this host. PROBLEMS: -extra cost before checking in (they offer you £30 which you have to pay in advance for deposit (you dont get it Back) or how they describe in booking.com (Not the first information you will read while booking) about £100 (which you 'should get back, when everything is all right'). -> feels a lot like scam -customer Support (Answered very fast and kind but felt like AI, because it was not telling you what you want to know) ->took us A LOT of time and nervs -getting the key (Called them, when I finally got a team member responding it took us 12 min Phonecall to find the right lockerbox together!) - NO BALKONY! (Not even possible to Open the balkony for fresh Air) -CONSTRUCTION SIDE!! (They start working in the morning, it is very loud, a Lot of rubbish eveywhere) - NO WIFI (Wanted me to fix it, because we had No Time to stay home for a technician) -HORRIBLE MATTRESS (Old, disgusting, you feel every spring!!) We will definitely not book again with you, from the beginning till the end in was a very exhausting Progress. We can Not recommend it.

Disliked: That I was notified just a few days before arrival, that work was being carried out on the facade of the building and I could not use the balcony and the impossibility of opening the windows.
Disliked: 0 stars 😡absolutely disgraceful experience. Very disappointed with our stay at the Royal Sovereign Apartment – Flat 8 managed by KG Inspired Property. Firstly, the property was extremely difficult to locate. The parking is around 400 yards away from the building, with no proper instructions provided beforehand, and we had to rely on the helpline just to find the entrance. The parking itself is incredibly tight and unsuitable for two vehicles. The building entrance is hidden on a lower ground level and cannot easily be seen from the street. Upon entering the apartment, we found letters informing us that we would not be able to use the balcony during our stay because the entire building is covered in scaffolding. This was never disclosed before arrival despite the balcony being advertised as part of the property. There was even scaffolding directly against the window preventing the balcony door from opening. Another notice advised there would be no water supply during part of our stay. There was also a letter posted at the main entrance from other frustrated residents complaining about not being able to use their balconies either, clearly showing this has been an ongoing issue. The cleanliness and overall condition of the apartment were unacceptable. The electric radiators had black marks across them and appeared unsafe, the walls were covered in marks and scuffs, the kitchen hob was dirty, and the sofa had a cigarette burn on the arm. The furniture throughout looked heavily worn and damaged. The advertised bathroom amenities were incomplete, with empty dispensers and missing products. Even the bed felt extremely poor quality, with the wooden slats underneath clearly noticeable through the mattress. What made the experience even worse was how unhelpful management were when we raised these concerns. As a gesture of “goodwill” they offered a later checkout, which was pointless considering we no longer wished to stay at the property.
Liked: It was a nice place and good value but the place was under work and covered in scaffolding
Disliked: It took us ages to find it because it was covered in scaffolding,this also stopped us using the windows and balcony and it was a beautiful weekend boiling hot. We were gutted this would have been a lovely weekend but was stress from the start with a phone call to say we needed to pay £150 damage deposit then fill in a form send off identification. This should have been explained when booking.not when u are on urcway to the place. Would use again when the work was completed.
Great location, cosy property good for short stay
Liked: We like Cleanliness of property and balcony. Sofa bed was already ready for us and it was fantastic. Even apartment is on 1st level, they have elevator. Building access is key / code controlled.
Disliked: The apartment is small to family 4 [2 adults and 2 kids (10 and 3)]. Finding the car park slot and key for apartment door was challenging, but they have 24 hours support phone line which we used. If everyone bath the hot water runs out:(
