Fabulous
Liked: Good location
Clean and comfortable, everything I needed was there, close to all facilities
Liked: Comfortable 1 x bedroom house on ground floor, 5-minute walk to center of Windsor, close to restaurants and bars and Windsor Castle.
Disliked: I was there during a heatwave and no air-conditioning made it a little uncomfortable at times. The fan provided did not work.

Liked: The location was convenient, communication was good throughout our stay, and the complimentary toiletries were a nice touch.
Disliked: Unfortunately, the property did not live up to the impression given by the listing photos. It felt much more cluttered, worn, and dated than expected. There was a personal suitcase stored above one of the wardrobes, which seemed out of place and contributed to the feeling that the property had not been fully prepared for guests. There were also a number of maintenance and cleanliness issues, including a cracked kitchen floor tile, peeling paint on the window sill, limescale around the sink area and inside the kettle, dirty windows, and general wear to some of the kitchen equipment and utensils. Lamp was broken in living room, dust on lamps in bedroom. Overall the apartment felt tired and in need of really good paint and deep clean. The bathroom layout was also problematic. While the shower itself was fine, the shower curtain was too short to contain the water properly, making it difficult to avoid soaking the bathroom floor. Noise was another significant issue. The property offered very little sound insulation, with constant traffic noise from outside and considerable noise from within the building. We could hear people walking, talking, and dropping items upstairs, as well as a loud water pump or plumbing system that was noticeable throughout our stay.
Nice place in general, but modern industrial looking furniture ruins the charm
Liked: The location was fairly close to the pedestrian street, but it was a longer walk to the castle than 5 mintues. I loved the quaint charming building with easy entry up one small set of stairs.
Disliked: The wonderfully historic building was (sadly) decorated with modern furniture - stainless steel table with round glass top, tall curved metal lamp with ball shade - did not fit the charm of the building itself. It would have been a great touch to have English pine table/chairs, English pine coffee table, etc. The artwork on the walls was inappropriate. The street noise was loud as the bedroom windows face the busy street. A few suitcase racks or dresser tops to set bags on in the master bedroom would have been nice. The shower tile grout was dirty and needed a heavy clean, or replace the tile/grout (and shower curtain) altogether.

We enjoyed our stay, as it was comfortable and near Windsor central
Liked: Comfortable apartment. Very convenient to restaurants and sights of Windsor
Disliked: Kitchen not very well equipped. Needs improvement.
