Guest reviews
Very good
Liked: Generally very good
Disliked: Nothing
Liked: Amazing property great facilities
first class
Unexpected luxury and incredibly close to Heathrow
Disliked: Getting our luggage down the stairs for taxi to airport with no assistance from staff
Perfect stay
Liked: Fabulous hotel and the best location for central Windsor. We saw the changing of the guard procession through Windsor just by stepping outside of the hotel.
Liked: Very central to all amenities, the staff were very helpful and courteous. Rooms were very comfortable, beds absolutely the most comfortable we have slept in. The downside of the visit was the rooms were not cosy, as they were cold, especially early in the morning. We thought it might be to do with the recent refurbishment, but the receptionist informed us that a guest blew all the fuses on our floor messing with the electrics and the air conditioner wasn't working properly. Other than that an excellent hotel to stay in.
