  Excellent apt for stay

  Liked: Location was excellent for Windsor. Very comfortable bedrooms and kitchen. Host was very helpful.

  Disliked: Stairs were challenging for out of shape seniors but we managed.

  The perfect location and the best place to stay in Windsor!

  Liked: The location was perfect and the rooms had such personality, charm and character. James was very helpful and always responded quickly to any questions I had. Would definitely stay here again.

  A very special stay in the heart of the city/castle area with exceptional service

  Liked: Location - right in the heart of the city and Windsor Castle across the street. Very nice accommodations. Beautiful back balcony that we did not get to use enough. Updated living accommodations (bathroom and kitchen) in a 500-600 year old well kept and designed building. Amazing views of the city. The extreme hospitality and assistance by the owner (helped with food and entertainment options and actually set up reservations for us in amazing restaurants). I could go on and on.

  Disliked: Honestly, not much. I really have no complaints as even the initial perceived drawbacks ended well and actually better than we could have imagined with the amazing service provided (better than the other locations we stayed and they all were amazing in their own right).

  Liked: Very convenient location Only 100–200 meters from the castle 100 meters from the High Street Supermarkets, buses, and restaurants are all nearby Safe and quiet! Highly recommended!

  It was a great property with a great person James who made our stay welcoming and relaxing

  Liked: The property was in an amazing area and such a beautiful place and views. The rooftop garden was so beautiful and the bees and bumble bees were friendly. James was a Legend and took the time to welcome us and even carried our heavy luggage up 4 flights of stairs with a smile. He really made us relax and enjoy the property. If you go to this property with a car make sure you park in the Castle Hotel which is next door. Highly recommend this property and James was such a wealth of knowledge and was so down to earth.

  Disliked: Nothing just had to duck sometimes but it’s worth it.
