Very good
Safe property in an excellent location
Liked: The staff was extremely helpful and quick to respond to messages. Felt safe and secure. Location was great for getting in and out of London and visiting local towns/cities.
Disliked: The property interior looked very tired and run-down. Walls had dents/dings in them, Stove top was dirty. Lamps, blinds and accessories were very cheap and poorly constructed. Sofa had stains. Folding bed was so flimsy and narrow we couldn't use it.
Liked: Great location, secure parking, easy self check-in, clean COMMON areas.
Disliked: Dirty bathroom, stain of feces on tile, dirty floors, unclean dishes, filthy windows/blinds, inadequate equipment, poor cleaning response, unusably slow TV. No privacy during the day — the ground-floor apartment had no curtains or SUITABLE blinds, so we had to choose between natural daylight and being visible to people outside

Disliked: The whole property needed a good clean. There was a lack of kitchen equipment.
Very spacious, great location and brilliant staff
Liked: Very spacious and a great location and staff went above and beyond with an early check in and messaging me to check all was ok and if they could do anything else for us.

Liked: Lovely, comfortable stay with private parking in central location. Superb bifold doors to open up the apartment and let air in. Helpful staff who was easy to contact regarding our late arrival time.
