Disliked: Nothing
A wonderful place to explore Windsor and London
Liked: Fantastic location, excellent apartment, would highly recommend.
Disliked: Nothing at all, perfect.
Expected high end stay and was disappointed
Liked: Location is very good. Close to main street. Modern style of an apartment with a very good sized kitchen.
Disliked: The Bathroom was dirty and hadn't been cleaned. Id say it was some time since the floor had been washed properly using a mop. Very unhygienic. Mattress protector on sofa bed was dirty also. Unseasonably warm weather, it was hard to ventilate the apt as there are only two windows, which are low and unsafe to leave open when small children are around.
Liked: The location was fantastic and the space was great
Disliked: The mattress on the bed could be more comfortable. Honestly, it isn't difficult to replace that mattress with a better quality mattress. It was too thin and rather uncomfortable. The cleaning staff needs to be checked up on, and inspection by someone in charge would be good. The flat was clean. However, there was a fair amount of dust behind the sofa, etc. A hook or 2 to hang up the towels in the bathroom would also be a good addition. The kettle in the pantry was appallingly covered in limescale. I had to go down to the local Tesco and get some descaling products to descale the kettle before I could use it. These aren't huge complaints or issues. However, fine tuning these things will make the experience of using this living space even better.
Liked: Apartment was a good size, clean and comfortable. Location was ideal.
