Very good
Liked: It had everything we needed and a good location. Easy to get assistance if needed and very quick response.
A great place to stay
Liked: Great little pub. Comfortable and clean. The food at the pub was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Nothing
Great stay and perfect location to get to legoland
Liked: Great location, friendly service and clean.
Good but not good enough
Liked: The pub was very nice, although it was fairly quiet during our visit. The staff were friendly and there was a good selection of drinks available. The car park was spacious, with plenty of room, and the town centre was only a 15-minute walk away. The room itself was a good size and comfortable.
Disliked: Unfortunately, the room itself was not particularly clean. There was a significant layer of dust on the headboard, along with cobwebs and a spider in the corner. The bathroom was also disappointing. Although it was a wet room, the floor needed a really good scrub, and there was dust on several of the other surfaces. I appreciate that rooms are not always going to be perfect, and I can overlook the odd minor issue. However, the overall standard of cleanliness in this room was a concern. There was also an issue with the toilet, which did not flush properly. This was frustrating and added to our disappointment with the room.
Liked: All very good and 20 percent off food was very good
Disliked: Nothing to dislike
Great for a short break close to Legoland
Liked: Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful. Clean and comfortable. Bus to Legoland and Heathrow Terminal 5 just outside.
Disliked: No one available before 11am but when we phoned the pub contact number they went out of their way to come and assist us.
