Very good
Liked: The layout, access and communication was excellent, the place was clean throughout and the location was great to access local shop and main town and park
Windsor Wow!!!
Liked: Location, location....perfectly located in the beautiful town of Windsor. Small but perfectly formed basement apartment had everything we needed for a 4 night stay. Compact, thoughtful layout, fully equipped kitchen, good quality spring loaded foldout guest sofa bed, perfect for kids. Sooooo many sockets, such a great bonus. Usually sockets are few/limited. But not here. Windsor is a good hour by public transport out of London city but the transport links are do good, it's actually better than staying city centre. Contact with letting team was excellent, welcome messages, checking in to make sure everything was OK and if anything was needed. Check in process simple, would totally stay here again if this property was available.
Disliked: A few small cosmetic upgrades needed but nothing that would put us off...we wish agents/landlords would provide better quality T.P, but it's not hard to buy/bring our own. Other than that, this place is great....
Liked: The location was central for most things and close to the railway station. There was a coop at the end of the road for shopping.
Disliked: The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and the mattress cover was stained, we also had difficulty putting the bed back, so had to leave it out when we left. We stayed with our grandson who slept in the bedroom, he gashed his leg on a sharp piece of metal tile trim in the bathroom. Luckily they had left a first aid kit but we had to put a towel over the area to prevent another incident. This needs addressing. The front door was extremely difficult to open and lock, which concerned us in case we couldnt get back in after going out for the evening, especially with a child. The shower cubicle
Ideal place to stay in Windsor
Liked: Great apartment in a convenient location
Disliked: There was nothing we didn’t like
Cosy property in great location
Liked: Great location - 10 mins walk to Windsor Castle and nice restaurants, and 15 min drive to Legoland. Hosts provided great info on the free parking and how to access the property.
Disliked: We stayed for 2 nights as a family of 4 and think it's a bit small for a longer stay. There isn't much storage space as the wardrobe in the bedroom has the ironing board and a portable heater in it so we ended up with open holdalls of clothes in the living room.
Perfect location
Liked: Location, lovely, clean, tidy and modern Communication with owners very good. Had a issue with something and they did their best to resolve it
Disliked: N/A
